m20160416.10: Suspensions null and void, a20150420.1 is binding

Being that,
- in the SGM of the 9th April, the members expressed a clear
mandate to accept arbitration as binding over CAcert Inc,
- and that, the
previous board had expressed novel theories that purported to give them
arbitrary power over arbitration, and
acted to suspend two arbitrators
outside any recognised procedure, and accepted and/or participated in a
filing into Vienna Prosecutor\'s office,
- and that individually and in
sum these actions taken jointly or individually by the then board caused
arbitration to be unreliable,
WE RESOLVE, that
* the purported
suspensions are declared null and void,
* the ruling by PD
https://wiki.cacert.org/Arbitrations/a20150420.1 on adverse terminations of
arbitrators is the current binding position,
* any associated acts be
unwound as they come to light, and
* all access is to be restored ASAP,
