m20110306.5: Action for complaints received under rule 12
Resolved that the secretary sends out the notifications (with giving the
board 24 hours notice before sending out) to the involved persons regarding
the complaints received under rule 12 of the association and asks them to
make their submissions withing 14 days. Board will table it on a meeting on
27th March to discuss the complaints.
