m20100729.1: Offer RDL, drop NRP-DaL
Following the policy group\'s decision p20100710 [1], CAcert Inc offers the
Root Distribution License [2].
Further, CAcert Inc fully withdraws the
Non-Related Persons -- Disclaimer and Licence [3] (or NRP-DaL). It is no
longer offered, as of the date of this committee motion.
The rights of
USE by NRPs will be guided by future ammendments due by policy group in CCA,
and in FAQs.
