m20100327.2: veto over Security Policy board background checks
Resolved that the board, in accordance with Policy on Policy 4.6, exercises
its veto authority over the DRAFT Security Policy and requires the removal
of a background check of board members.
The board objects as this policy
component as it is a control over board membership qualifications, that is
fully within the domain of the rules of the CAcert Incorporated association
and not the policy group.
