Dear Board, the CPS <http://svn.cacert.org/CAcert/policy.htm> has been on
WIP for quite long and according to http://wiki.cacert.org/wiki/AuditToDo
it\'s waiting for http://svn.cacert.org/CAcert/policy.htm#p7 to be
tested.
After re-reading it I don\'t think that is an strong limitation
to keep it still as WIP so I would like to ask for it to be passed to Draft
as it is.
